Biometrics make your ChitChat payments safer by using your fingerprint or face to approve transactions. Here's how to set it up:

  1. Open your ChitChat app.

  2. Go to the "Account" section. You can usually find this by tapping the profile icon.

  3. Look for "Enable Biometrics" in the list of options.

  4. You'll see a toggle switch next to it. Tap the switch to turn it on.

  5. Your phone might ask you to use your fingerprint or face to confirm. This is normal.

What happens next:

  • Every time you try to make a payment, ChitChat will ask for your fingerprint or face.

  • This extra step helps keep your money safe.

  • It stops others from using your phone to make payments.

Remember:
- You need a phone that supports biometrics for this to work.
- If you can't use biometrics, you'll need to enter your PIN instead.
- You can turn this off anytime by going back to the same toggle switch.

Biometrics add an extra layer of security to your ChitChat payments. It's a good idea to use them if you can.
