Select Add Funds
Select Debit Card
Enter Amount
Enter the details requested, these details are the ones connected to the debit card you are pulling money from e.g. Billing Address of the debit card, Name etc. If any of these details is incorrect, our systems and the Bank's System where you are taking money from, will automatically reject the transaction.

If your deposit is not credited to your ChitChat Account within 5 minutes, get in touch with our customer support and share with them, ONLY THE LAST 4 DIGITS OF THE DEBIT CARD you deposited from and your ChitChat Account Details (username or phone number). We will share this with the payment gateway provider and ask them to speed up the process.
