What is the ChitChat Physical card?
The ChitChat Physical card is a plastic debit Mastercard card issued by Union FiftyFour Ltd. The card currency is US Dollars.
Where can I use the ChitChat Physical card at?
Your ChitChat Physical card can be used worldwide at any Point of Sale, ATM and e-commerce website that supports Mastercard.
How do I change my PIN number?
To change your PIN number, go to the app, tap on the Physical card icon, click on “Show Details”. You will see a pencil symbol next to your PIN number. Click on that, type in a new PIN and confirm.
How can I get a ChitChat Physical card?
You can order a ChitChat physical card from your ChitChat app. If you don’t have the app yet, head to your app store, download the app from this link and sign up with your ID. Note: you need to be at least 18 years old to get a card.
How many ChitChat Physical cards can I have at the time?
You can have one (1) physical card at the time.
Can I have both a Physical and Virtual card?
Yes, you can have one Physical and one Virtual card at the same time.
Will my Physical and Virtual cards have separate wallets?
No. All your cards are linked to your wallet - meaning that any balance you have in the wallet can be spent using either card.
How do I collect my ChitChat Physical card?
If you are in Zambia, you can collect your ChitChat Physical card from our HQ, located at:

We are open Monday to Friday from 8 to 17.
If you are outside Zambia, we can send you the card via courier.
Do you deliver the ChitChat physical card?
If you are in Zambia and cannot come in person to the ChitChat office, you can send someone to collect your card on your behalf. Please make sure you remain telephonically available during this time to enable us to confirm the collection instructions.
If you are outside Zambia, you can order the card shipping directly from your app at an additional cost based on your location. This will be shown to you in the app before you place your order.
