  1. How do I order a card delivery (outside Zambia)?

    You can request your card to be delivered directly from the ChitChat app.

    To do this, click on the Physical Card icon and place your order.

    When placing the order, you will be given two options - to collect from our office, or to get the card delivered to you using a courier company. If you choose the second option, you will need to provide a valid shipping address and a phone number to contact you on for any shipping enquiries. You will also be asked to pay the delivery fee. When the order is successfully placed, you will see a “Successful Order” screen. Additionally, within two working days from placing your order, you will receive an SMS with your shipping tracking number which enables you to trace your delivery.

  2. How do I order a card delivery (in Zambia)?

    If you are in Zambia and are unable to collect your card from our office, you can send a courier, a driver or a friend to collect on your behalf. To do this, please follow these steps in the app.

    Head to the Wallet tab, click on the Physical Card icon and place your order. Choose the “Pick up from the ChitChat office” option, add your new card billing address, pay for your subscription and confirm the order. As soon as you complete these steps, the card will be available for collection.

    If you are sending someone to collect, please make sure you are available for our Customer Service Team to give you a call and confirm your shipping instructions.

  3. Which Countries do you ship to?

    We ship to 222 countries - everywhere where our partner courier company is.

    Note: if you want your card to be delivered within Zambia, we request you organise for your own courier / driver to collect the card on your behalf. You can read more about this in the previous point.

  4. How much does the card delivery cost?

    Card delivery costs are dependent on your location. Before placing an order, the app will show you the delivery charge.

  5. How long does it take to receive a card?

    Once we have handed over your card to the courier company, it will receive your card between 3 to 10 working days, depending on your location. You can read more about this in the following point.

  6. How do I track my Card delivery?

    When your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS to the phone number you have indicated when ordering the card in the app. This SMS includes a shipping tracking number (known also as Waybill). You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order on the DHL website here.

  7. What do I do once I receive my card?

    Once you receive your ChitChat card, make sure you activate it so you can transact. To do this, simply open your app, click on the physical card icon, insert your activation number and click on the Activate button. If the activation is successful, you will be displayed a message confirming the successful activation of your card.
