Find and open the ChitChat app on your phone.

Look for the + button in the top right corner of the screen. Tap it.

You'll see a list of people you can talk to. These are your contacts.

Pick a friend you want to chat with by tapping their name.

At the bottom of the screen, you'll see a box. This is where you type your message.

When you're done writing, look for an upward-pointing arrow on the right side of the screen. Tap this arrow.

Great job! Your message has been sent to your friend.
