What is the 2025 "Transact and win your money back" Promo about?
The 2025 Festive Promotion is a promotion we are launching to reward our customers this holiday season. If you send money or transact with your ChitChat card, you stand a chance to win your transaction money back.
Every week, for 3 weeks, ChitChat will have two draws - a remittance draw and a card transaction draw - to award 2 prizes to our customers. All you need to do to take part in the promotion is to send money via ChitChat and/ or swipe / transact online with your ChitChat card.
How do I qualify for the promo?
If you want to qualify for the Remittance promotion, you need to send a minimum of $100 (or ZMW equivalent) via the app. Sending money to yourself does not qualify to enter the promotion (please consult the T&Cs). If you want to qualify for the Card promo, you will need to spend at least $40 (or ZMW equivalent) with your ChitChat card (purchases made with the virtual and physical card apply).
When does the promo start and end?
The promo starts on the 11th of December 2025 and ends on the 31st of December 2025. The promotion will revolve around 3 promotion weeks:
Week 1: 11th to 17th of December > Draw will take place on the 19th of December; Week 2: 18th to the 24th of December >> draw will take place on the 26th of December;
Week 3: 25th to the 31st of December >> draw will take place on the 2nd of January 2026.

Can I qualify for both draws in a week?
Yes, you can. Each transaction above the threshold limit qualifies as an entry into the competition, so the more you transact, the best are your chances of winning.
Can I win 2 prizes in the same week?
No. You can only win one prize in the whole promotional period.
